PAHCOM Certified Medical Manager Certification Certified Medical Manager (CMM) is the designation of a true professional and is the most senior in the industry. It is not an entry level certification and does require both experience and education.

CMM is the only nationally accredited professional certification specific to medical office/practice management. We focus strictly on managers of solo provider and small group physician practices.

The mission of the PAHCOM Certified Medical Manager (CMM) program is to provide medical managers with documentation of their competency in the administrative management of medical practices. The CMM credential provides documented assurance to physicians, medical boards, and the public that the PAHCOM certified individual has been tested under strict requirements using psychometrically determined processes and found to be competent in the administrative management of health care organizations.
